Junta de Andalucía
Automated system to detect and monitor territorial changes in Vejer and Barbate using high-resolution satellite imagery and AI. Identifies irregular subdivisions, generates georeferenced reports, and supports urban planning in a 100 km² area.
This initiative by the Junta de Andalucía harnesses AI and satellite intelligence to bring automation and precision to land monitoring processes. The system enables the detection of artificial changes—such as irregular subdivisions, illegal buildings, or deforestation—by comparing chronological very high-resolution satellite images (50 cm/pixel) and generating accurate orthoimages. This provides urban planners and legal authorities with a reliable, automated tool to track developments and enforce compliance.

The system combines automated detection, geospatial analytics, and interactive visualization to:
- Reduce inspection time and manual workload
- Generate georeferenced reports in real-time
- Support zoning, cadastral updates, and public works supervision
- Provide a centralized platform for map-based planning decisions
This approach improves monitoring frequency (from quarterly to weekly), strengthens legal oversight, and reduces costs associated with field operations, while being scalable to other territories and use cases.
Tutorial: Masked Portfolio Splitscreen Scroll Animation
In this Webflow tutorial, Jonas Arleth shows how to create a masked scroll animation with a split screen effect over the text. He explains how to analyze and recreate the animation. He covers various elements such as navigation, text shift and background color. He also shows how to move the text in the animation and gives tips for optimization.
