From Design to Deployment—An Operational Ecosystem

The project includes the prioritization of geospatial use cases based on their real-world utility, technological complexity, and potential for public impact. It delivers a comprehensive implementation plan, including:

  • Key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Risk mitigation strategies
  • Budget allocation and resource planning
  • Timeline of milestones and service deployment

LANTIK’s vision to modernize territorial intelligence is brought to life through IntelEO Studio, a digital space for designing and analyzing strategic geospatial services. This application enables public institutions to:

  • Explore a curated catalog of intelligent services
  • Configure customized solutions aligned to public needs
  • Simulate policy scenarios with cost-benefit forecasting
  • Evaluate impact through KPIs and decision-ready visualizations

IntelEO Studio becomes the control tower for geospatial planning, guiding LANTIK in selecting and launching the most valuable use cases for Bizkaia.

Objetives

The project aims to support LANTIK in launching high-value geospatial services through IntelEO Studio. Key goals include:

  • Evaluate feasibility of priority use cases: Emergency services, Waste management, Road infrastructure and Urban planning.
  • Analyze complementary domains such as agriculture, cadastre, and energy.
  • Improve geospatial data workflows to boost accuracy and decision quality.
  • Prioritize use cases by impact, utility, and complexity.
  • Define an implementation roadmap with KPIs, resources, timelines, and risk strategies.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations and mockups, enabling LANTIK to activate and manage services directly from IntelEO Studio.
